Where is my order?
If you haven't received an order confirmation email and payment has been taken, please contact us ASAP via email at daniel@100nutrition.net or fill out the box above.
We do not cover the cost of lost packages if the buyer is at fault. In any circumstance where we are at fault, we will resend the item straight away.
When will my order arrive?
We use Australia Post for all domestic parcels
Express shipping times
Same state: 1-2 business days
Interstate: 1-3 business days
Standard Shipping times
Same state: 2-4 business days
Interstate: 3-6 business days
Why isn't my discount code working?
ensure you have entered the discount code correctly. Some discount codes can not be used in conjunction with other offers or be used more than once. If you still have any issues please contact us via email daniel@100nutrition.net or fill out the box above.
How do I receive my money back guarantee?
We believe you'll love REVITALIZE but if you're still not 100% happy within 28 days and you have not had more than 3 servings please contact us directly via email or fill out the box above. *return postage will be at buyers expense.
